We will strengthen recruitment and retention, advance professional development for staff and faculty, modernize our approaches for instructional and research endeavors, and elevate the technology and invest in resources that enable our faculty, staff and programs to  thrive.

C. Cultivate Alumni Engagement
We will build a connected, energized network of alumni who serve as mentors, advocates, and philanthropic partners in our mission.
