   We will expand employer partnerships, develop mentorship and earn-and-learn pathways, and invest in systems that allow us to better understand, support, and enhance student outcomes.
2. Invest in Faculty, Staff & Infrastructure Capacity
   We will strengthen recruitment and retention, advance professional development for staff and faculty, modernize our approaches for instructional and research endeavors, and elevate the technology and invest in resources that enable our faculty, staff and programs to  thrive.
3. Cultivate Alumni Engagement
   We will build a connected, energized network of alumni who serve as mentors, advocates, and philanthropic partners in our mission.

• Recruit Research Active Faculty to Support the PhD Program and Increase the amount of External Funding
• Provide focused Professional Development and Mentorship opportunities for faculty and staff
• Develop succession plans across the College
• Create pathways to recognize Faculty and Staff Accomplishments
• Launch Mini Grant Research Seed Funding
• Launch Annual Recognition Awards
• Expand COH Compliance, Contracts & Accreditation Office

Cultivate Alumni Engagement

• Launch COH Newsletter
• Conduct Student Environment Surveys
• Develop Dean’s Student Advisory Board
