3rd Annual Viking Pumpkin Patch Fundraiser for Lift Up Vikes!
All proceeds to Lift Up Vikes! CSU student food pantry located on Berkman Hall first floor
Who: College of Health, pre-Professional Healthcare, and Pathways 2 Practice Faculty, Staff, and Students.
How to participate:
1. Buy and decorate a pumpkin: buy a pie pumpkin (typically 5-6 pounds) from your local grocery store.
Then decorate your pumpkin and return to the Dean’s office by Monday October 27th at 5pm (see below for decorating rules). Award winners (People’s Choice, Best Health-Related Theme) will be voted via Qualtrics survey and a celebrity judge will choose the overall winner by October 30th. No decorated pumpkins will be returned to their creators.
Contest is open to faculty, staff and students in the College of Health.
2. Enter to win a decorated pumpkin: Starting now, buy a raffle ticket (from the Dean’s office or email Taliah Wiggins (t.s.wiggins50@csuohio.edu) or Bess Antol (e.antol@csuohio.edu) if you want to participate but aren’t sure you can get to the Dean’s office. A chance to win a decorated pumpkin is only $1 per ticket or $10 for an “arm’s length of tickets.” Raffle tickets close on the 28th at 4:30pm. Winners will be notified via email on Oct 29th and should pick up their pumpkins no later than 4pm on October 31st. Subsequent pumpkin pickup for the winners is first come first served (so no guarantee that you can get that one you fancied, but of course more ticket entries improve your chances of taking home one of them).
3. Make a monetary contribution for Lift Up Vikes! at the Dean’s office from Oct 8th-Oct 31st if you wish.
