PROFESSIONAL LICENSURE DISCLOSURE INFORMATION

Academic degrees offered by the School of Nursing that lead to licensure and/or advanced practice certification/endorsement, whether delivered online or face-to-face, satisfy the academic requirements for those credentials set forth by the State of Ohio https://nursing.ohio.gov/licensing-certification-ce/rn-aprn-lpn/.

For students who wish to practice in a state other than Ohio, requirements for licensure and/or advanced practice certification/endorsement eligibility vary from state to state. Please review the individual state educational requirements and licensing board for complete information.

For DNP students: States outside of Ohio may have additional requirements to apply for or obtain an APRN license, including but not limited to specific state examinations, letters of recommendation, or proof of completion of an accredited nursing program.
