Gerontology Certificate Scholarship

The Edward J. Petrick Endowed Scholarship for Gerontological Studies

Purpose:  

The Edward J. Petrick Endowed Scholarship for Gerontological Studies is established at the Cleveland State University Foundation to assist students studying Gerontology at Cleveland State University.
 

Guidelines: 

An award of $500 will be given each academic year to student(s) at Cleveland State University with priority to Junior level students taking classes in the Gerontological Studies Program. Graduate students in the Gerontology Certificate Program are also prioritized. Recipients will be selected based on academic achievement.

Eligible students will  

    • Be enrolled at Cleveland State University 
    • Be nominated by a CSU faculty member  
    • Nominations are sent to: 
      • Dr. Mary Milidonis 
      • Director Gerontology Program, College of Health,  
      • m.milidonis@csuohio.edu 
      • 2121 Euclid Ave. HS101, Cleveland, Ohio 44115 
    • Deadline is May 1 

 

The recipient will be selected by the Gerontology Faculty and notified no later than May 15. The award will be applied to the student’s account in following academic year.
